We present the fundamentals of RAG, an advanced technique that helps overcome some shortcomings of standalone large language models (LLMs) by integrating information retrieval methods. Basic examples of RAG frameworks will be presented using Python. It is recommended that attendees have an OpenAI account with credits so that they can implement the examples on their own machine.
