I have 19+ years in the IT industry in different roles.
For the past 15 years, I have been managed projects and teams, to deliver software solutions across different domains (logistics, HR, manufacturing, e-commerce, banking, transportation and pharmaceutical) for a wide range of customers. I have led project teams ranging from 5 to up to 80 team members across different geographies with portfolio of > EUR4.5million per year.
I have hands on experience in end-to-end software project delivery (Agile, DevOps and Waterfall) methodologies based on different customer organisations and needs. As project director, I lead programs, chair steering committees for various customers and consulted upon for RFPs. I provide coaching to project managers, and called upon to intervene on projects under escalation, for guidance and direction.
