With over a decade of in-depth experience in software engineering, I have developed my skills over a diverse suite of technologies including Spring Boot, SQL, PL/SQL, Angular, JavaScript, Linux, Azure DevOps, and OpenShift. My extensive technical skills are complemented by a strong commitment to leadership, particularly in driving projects to successful completion, fostering growth among team members, and rigorously applying engineering principles to solve complex problems.
Currently, I serve as the Tech Lead at MCB, where I spearhead initiatives that leverage process automation and service-oriented architecture to enhance operational efficiency. Parallel to my role at MCB, I am a Part-Time Lecturer at the Open University of Mauritius. In this capacity, I advocate for the research and application of innovative technologies, particularly focusing on the transformative potential of process automation and Artificial Intelligence. My work as an educator is dedicated to not just teaching, but actively nurturing the intellectual and professional growth of my students.
My engagement with the broader tech community extends beyond local borders, reaching national and international platforms. I am deeply involved in discussions, conferences, and workshops that seek to push the boundaries of what technology can achieve in both business and academic settings.
Through all these roles, I emphasize the development of leadership skills within tech teams, advocating for a culture that fosters continuous learning, critical thinking, and adaptability.
